As a Distinguished Toastmaster and an award-winning international speaker, I provide understandable clarity to training. Over the last 15 years I have expanded my already wide-ranging knowledge about neurological differences to include AD as the gap of independent living and employment widened. My knowledge brings unique training techniques to both individuals and companies globally.
I hold an MBA from Southern Nazarene University and am a doctoral candidate in Adult Education with an emphasis on diversity and inclusion. Purpose and passion drive my work by helping people realize their potential.I am also a certified autism specialist and purpose coach with a wealth of experience and knowledge in the field of neurodiversity. As a certified autism specialist, I have undergone rigorous training to develop an in-depth understanding of autism and related neurological differences. I now provide specialized guidance to individuals on the autism spectrum, as well as their families and employers. In addition to my autism specialist certification, I am a certified purpose coach. In this role, I work closely with clients to help them identify their passions, strengths, and goals. Through purpose coaching, I address common challenges such as memory, organization, and time management, equipping her clients with the tools they need to thrive in their chosen paths.
